What is the deferral / change date policy?
If you have registered for a ride and would like to change to another date/time please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
For all other changes please note:
There will be a $50.00 administrative fee for changes made less than seven days and up to 48 hours prior to your booking.
There will be no changes within 48 hours of your booking.
What is the refund policy?
Cancelations or refund requests with more than 48 hours notice of your booking will be refunded 80% of the booking amount.
Cancelations or refund requests with less than 48 hours notice from your booking will be refunded 60% of the booking amount.
For customers that have registered online, if Government Covid-19 lockdown restrictions interfere with the date booked, Credit codes for rebooking will be sent via email addresses used at time of original booking. Credit codes will be for the full amount of the original booking.
