What is your COVID-19 Deferral / Cancellation / Refund Policy?

Deferrals – Any online booking affected by the current closures, will be allowed to reschedule free of charge for the remainder of the 2020 season AND/OR the 2021 season. We will honour your online bookings until and including the end of next season (2021) to ensure you can find a time that works for your schedule.

Cancellations – Anyone seeking a cancellation for an online booking is encouraged to apply for the deferral. If you would like to cancel, we will be offering an 80% refund of your online booking during the COVID-19 crisis.

Under regular circumstances, our refund & deferral policies are designed to be fair to everybody. Please see section above related to the COVID-19 policies.

What is the deferral / change date policy?

Please note that transfers must be to another date during the same calendar year.

  • If you have already registered for a ride and need to change to another date please contact steve@trailtour.com or by phone at 705-875-2980. For ALL transfers, please note:
    • There will be a $50.00 administrative fee for changes made less than seven days and up to 48 hours prior to a booking.
    • There will be no changes within 48 hours of your booking.

What is the refund policy?

There will be no refunds for any reason within 48 hours of a booking. A refund of 50% applies for cancellations made up to 48 hours from your booking.
